By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

The B&M's BIG Prize Giveaway Competition Official Terms & Conditions:

1. This prize(s) giveaway is open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; must be aged 18 years and older and B&M Retail Ltd employees, agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are  exempt from entering.

2. This is a non-premium prize giveaway and is free to enter. 

3. Entries to the prize(s) giveaway can be made via the B&M website or via social media channels such as Facebook or Twitter. All entries will be included in the same giveaway and the winner(s) will be selected at random from all entries.

4. To enter any prize giveaway entrants will only be accepted via the online competition form on bmstores.co.uk or social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter. 

5. Only one entry per person is permitted per competition, any additional entries will not have a chance to win and the entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

6. Winner(s) will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. Winners(s) will be initially notified via either email if entered through B&M Retail Ltd online competition form or through the platform they entered (for example Facebook or Twitter) within 5 working days of the competition end date. In the event that a selected winner does not respond to the initial contact made by us, the Promoter (B&M Retail Ltd) will make a second contact but if still no response in a further 7 working days, the winner(s) claim to the prize will be forfeited. Prize(s) cannot be transferred or assigned to another person but only the named winner(s). Please allow 28 days for delivery of prize(s).

7. There is no cash alternative for any prize(s). The Promoter (B&M Retail Ltd) reserves the right to substitute any prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable value if the intended prize(s) is not available for reasons outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.

8. The Promoter (B&M Retail Ltd) reserves the right to change or amend items featured in prize hampers if stock issues arise, out of B&M Retail Ltd's control.

9. It is the responsibility of the prize winner(s) to liase with the prize(s) provider to redeem the prize(s). On some occasions a third party provider will supply / dispatch the prize(s) and will require your personal information. B&M Retail Ltd will never sell or share your personal information to any third party and will request clear consent from any winner(s) to provide the third party provider with your personal information to allow the delivery or dispatch of any prize(s). All personal data supplied to the Promoter (B&M Retail Ltd) or third party will only be held for a maximum of 28 days. Thereafter your details will be permanently deleted.

10. B&M Retail Ltd reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this prize giveaway in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

11. The Promoters decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. I give consent for B&M Retail Ltd to hold my details for 28 days in order to choose a winner and dispatch a prize; thereafter all details will be permanently deleted. 

14. B&M Retail Ltd. will contact winners directly upon competition completion - Facebook and Website posts will be updated with a winner's name as soon as consent has been granted.
