    Mine still aren’t.
  • All of my payments are now showing as up to date on the on line portal.

  • January's missing - left pay on the 15th.  More work on their systems again this weekend.

I think they are getting there very slowly. Started my AVC last January and the payments have taken random amounts of time to appear, some as long as 2 months, one inside a week. My January payment showed up in my account today so my account is now up to date fortunately and the payments have always been backdated to a couple of days or so after my actual pay date (25th month).

Not just me having this issue then - I checked last week and no contributions since October.
Also the new online login portal seems to be down - is anyone else having this issue.

Sorry - seems ok now but I couldn't load the page before,
I have still not had any contributions posted since October (September pay run) - but they are of course still taking the annual management charge on schedule every month since!

If you think the Pru are in difficulty why haven't Googled them. If they were we would have all heard about it. They are not in difficulty this is a classic migration to a new computer system which insurance companies are !!!!!! at. You have complained to FOS it will eventually get sorted.

In all honesty I don’t think they are likely to be in financial difficulty, but there’s more to this than migrating to a new system. To use your term their CS has been !!!!!! for at least 18 months if not longer. Also, as I said before it’s the litany of bare-faced lies like you’ll get the money on Friday or we’ll call you back tomorrow when you know it won’t happen. And why should terminally ill or retired people be waiting 8 months for their money? It’s totally unacceptable. My complaint is small fry compared to those people. Have a look at the reviews on Trustpilot. There are people who say they are close to suicidal on there through dealing with these clowns.

Well another week has gone by and all the promises to sort my issue out have come to nothing as normal, and at the same time the complaints continue to mount up on Trustpilot and FB with the standard promises to help sort problems out. Has anybody on this thread got any further? Things seem to be getting worse for a lot of people if Trustpilot is anything to go by. Not only people retired for months getting no payout, but another person 91 years old suddenly not getting their monthly payment and being ignored totally.
