I got mine a few days ago finally, but I also got 3 identical letters from the Pru on Saturday informing me that the increase in contributions I requested in February had been actioned. Complete waste of money!

LOL I received 2 letters from them on Saturday too, dated 11th Jan and 26th March. Fortunately my contributions have been arriving in good time recently.

    Received two letters today:

My wife’s AVC  dated February has been adjusted from Feb apparently even though they amended it from June and we had a letter confirming this.

I received one for my LGPS AVC dated March confirming my request to reduce my contributions.  However I have since increased them and had confirmation.

Do they not quality check what they are sending out.  Sounds like some print files have not been processed previously and they have just decided to print and send the lot when they discovered the problem.

At least our money is in safe hands!

Thought this was all over as we changed the wife's contributions to 100% for this tax year.
NI changes so more money for the pension and the contributions do not change.
They have gone far beyond pathetic.

If she is saving NI then the contributions must be by salary sacrifice, your gross salary after salary sacrifice be at least National minimum wage (£9.50) per hour. So 100% is not allowed.

Just when I thought the PRu had their act together they are messing about again. Haven't had my payment from end July applied yet. Payroll assure me they passed it on to the Pru on 28th July, but nothing showing.
