Bounceback Loan Documents - Company Secretary
Hello,
I have received an offer of a bounce back loan from the bank that I hold my Ltd Company account with.
I am the sole director and employee. The loan agreement requires a signature from a company secretary as well as myself as director. It also requests confirmation that the motion to take on the loan was proposed and seconded.
I wonder if anyone here has had experience with this and may advise on how best to sign. In previous correspondence with the bank (change of address etc) I have alway just singed by myself as director.
Any help or advise would be much appreciated.
