Just submitted application for additional borrowing. Didnt have a DIP as self employed so all get referred and just looked at upon full application. All documents ready and submitted too. Just wondering if anyone had an idea of time frames at the moment? Paying off help to buy so lots to tie together

I don't have specific timescales however am doing similar with Nationwide- additional borrowing (although to move house) and also partly self employed. My broker said their timescales are lots quicker now than they have been over the past few months, so don't panic in reading old threads and comments.0
