Hello,

I became the owner of my apartment on December 6th 2018.When we started the purchase process the lawyers, that is, mine and that of the owner of the apartment contacted MRG to ask if there were any outstanding accounts.

MRG replied that everything was in order, but now they are claiming all pending expenses of 2018 from me because they closed the business one year late, can they charge me for a period that does not ?
