Mortgage with 4 year old ccj

Hi,
I'm looking at getting a joint mortgage with my partner, we have a 50% deposit.
The issue is that I have a ccj from 4 years 4 months ago. Apart from that my Credit history is good and is on the up.
I've completed a mortgage in principle with Santander and Lloyds who I have accounts with and it came back that they would lend. I just don't want to apply fully then get knocked back.

Forgot to say the ccj was paid off in February 2017 and shows as satisfied. It was for £1911 in total.0

@sulverfox1264 While a DIP is no guarantee of an offer, at 50% LTV you should have good options.

It is possible. We have just been accepted for a mortgage with Halifax with a 5 year old satisfied CCJ.
Until you make the application you won't know for certain whether you will get the loan or not. But with a 50% LTV you have a very good chance.0
