But I wouldn't assume your entries won't count. I mean, still keep your phone handy, in case it rings. It's all a bit complicated and hard to know for sure what will happen. Best thing is, learn for another time, to play it safe, but you still might win today.

It's maximum 20 entries in total - note the "or" in the terms and conditions.

"Entrants can enter each Draw a maximum of 20 times by calling 0330 880 4523, 0330 880 4531, 0330 880 4541, 0330 880 4557, 0330 880 4594, 0330 880 4608, 0330 880 4615, 0330 880 4629, or 0330 880 4682 and following the instructions."

If someone has obtained extra entries by calling different numbers then they risk not being awarded the prize.

"We will only accept entries that comply with our terms and conditions and we may disqualify the entrant if we know or suspect that they have breached them"

Confirmed in email response from winhappy support.

"Yes it's 20 entries in total. It's up to you which number you call. Entrants will be informed when they have reached their maximum phone line entry via an automated response. Any calls after their entry limit will disconnect and the line will show as busy."

Perhaps take the 40 entry claim with a pinch of salt. Perhaps by "using different numbers" they meant they were using 2 different phones to phone the different numbers. Naughty, naughty.

Or they may have been entering by ringing an old number. Note the valid numbers from the terms and conditions which I have listed above. They no longer include 0330 880 4572,-4536 or -4583.

I have tried mixing up the numbers a bit for todays entries and still only got 20 until it told me I’d reached my limit.

There's literally no point mixing numbers, the entries all go into the same pot.
