Don't complain too much to the competition organisers or they might do away with the free entries completely. Also, it's not meant to be easy. It's difficult so people can't program a bot to do it. But i do agree with some others that it is in their financial interest to make the text entry easier than the online entry.3

One-Eye said:If somebody wants to try it and report, hCaptcha has an accessibility facility for those who find it hard to use. You login once to hCaptcha and it sets a cookie that supposedly "passes" you through any challenge for the rest of the day.
See https://www.hcaptcha.com/accessibility
(I haven't tried it yet)
Type in your email
Click on the link they send you
Bookmark it
Click on ‘Set Cookie’
Now you should be able to enter the form fields without doing the challenges on any site that uses hCapture for that day.
If you start seeing the challenges again then go click on that link again and set cookie.
Since I’m using iPhone I had to uncheck ‘Prevent cross site tracking’ in phone setting options in safari.

Accessibility link:
https://dashboard.hcaptcha.com/welcome_accessibility
AND only for a few entries (see posts below).
Either go use the link provided by One-Eye and then 'If you are an accessibility user, please sign up here' - don't use the 'sign-up' at the top of the page.
.
Or from the hCaptcha window, use the 3 dots to get to the sign-up page, not the blue/white hand symbol.
If you get the wrong sign-up option you'll be in developer mode and won't get the set cookie option.

Has anyone managed to enter this competition on-line today? I have tried filing in the form by typing rather than autofill but just cannot enter. Would appreciate any tips0

Slightly too slow answering a Private Number call at 17:07. So hope it wasn't my chance.0

That accessibility cookie only works for one or two entries. I've given up, it's easier to just do the bloody pictures.3

I think this is explained by this note on the set cookie page:
"Please note this redemption method is strictly rate limited, and you may need to wait some time before trying again if unusual behavior has been detected from your computer."
Their system must think that trying verify identity for a page several times in a short period is 'normal' and could indicate a hacking.
Very annoying! Trying to do 8 entries on these comps takes 10 times longer than it did on the old system.4
