BTL 75%LTV Direct Deals

Hello,
I need to remortgage my property to a BTL 75LTV mortgage. If possible 5 year initial fixed period. I've been in touch with a few independent mortgage advisors and I'm waiting for their recommendations. A couple have come back quoting 2% interest rate. I was hoping for a little less. So I've been looking for direct deals online but every time I find an attractive rate on a comparison website, I then go to the bank's own website and can't find that rate. It's frustrating. Any advice on how and where to find the best deal at the moment? Below 2%? Or is it better to stick with a broker for a BTL product? Thank you!

@Victoria17 Are you comparing like for like, taking into account fees? For example, I can tell you that TMW offers a 1.59% product at 75% LTV 2 year fix but the rate by itself is meaningless as this product comes with lender fee of £3,390.
For BTL products, I can't think of any reason why you would be able to get a better deal direct than from a whole of market broker.

Majority of lenders operate through brokers for BTL lending.  Hence why you are struggling to find the products.

I think the best search engine for all products is moneysupermarket, seems to renew products more quickly than the MSE ones and can really see a whole of market for every type of product.
