Taking an employer to tribuna

Hello. I'm new here, but hope to get some advice regarding my issue with last employer.
I been working for amazon through the agency last year, and there been promised a bonus for all workers including agency. Because I have left the agency on mid of December, that bonus haven't been paid to me, saying that I wasn't in the list. I opened a case through Acas and they replied to them, that they are not obliged to reply to the case as I left the job voluntarily.
Should I take the case further to the tribunal?
I feel that is disgusting how agencies and big companies takes advantage on smaller people workers when they have that chance.

Not enough information to fully answer your question.
However, in general terms, the vast majority of "bonus" payments are discretionary. Plus it is very common for a bonus to be lost if the employee gives notice to leave before it is actually paid.
Without knowing the full terms and conditions of your contract it is impossible to say more.2 -

Online news reports regarding the bonus (BBC and Sky) state that it was payable to staff employed from 1 to 31 December and therefore you would have been ineligible to receive it.1

OP: Find it hard to understand that you worked at Amazon. Knew about the bonus?
Appears to be widely publicized, but you did not know the conditions attached?
You appear to have left early before Chrismas, for whatever reason.
Sorry, Unless you have more info? In my opinion you are wasting your time with tribunals. The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0 -
The bonus was announced on 27/11/20 and clearly stated that it would apply to staff employed from 1/12/20 to 31/12/20.
So why you are wasting your time on this is beyond me: you don't qualify. No free lunch, and no free laptop

You didn't comply with the terms, so nothing wrong with what Amazon has done.Will123321 said:Hello. I'm new here, but hope to get some advice regarding my issue with last employer.

Cool. I just had to find out. All staff members was eligible including agency. Anyway, wouldn't work anymore for them.
I think there was a bit of misinformation from manager, as I checked with them, and they definitely said that I'm eligible for it as I have been working more than half of December.0
