Individual pork rib cooking ideas please 😊

Options
So we are having pork ribs for dinner (using up from the freezer)- they are a packet with individual ribs- any ideas how to cook them? Ideally slow cook so the meat is tendersmile Most of the recipes seem to be for racks of ribs. We can't have anything with soya in due to allergies. Thank you

slow cooker then finish in the oven if you wanted the usual sticky ribs. Make up your own bbq sauce. As long as you cover them for most of the cooking [ with the lid or in the oven with foil or in a pyrex dish] the meat will fall off the bone.

  • I roast them in the oven first and then drain off the excess fat. We like to then add a mix of plum and hoisin sauce and cook until tender but you might prefer to look for other sauces.

We also do the same with belly pork slices from our local butcher.
