B1 rating on flat

I recently applied for a mortgage and the lender wanted a ews1 form so we had the survey done and it come back B2. They now want to send a fire engineer out to see if they will mark it a B1. My question is, is would a B1 flat be worth buying or isit a huge risk with trying to resell in the future?

Thanks

I would personally choose A1 or A2. The flat I bought got an A2, meaning that there are no combustible materials at all.
You never know if in the future they will start rejecting a B1 rating, taken into account the mess created around the EWS1 form and cladding.
