Pension drawdown for non UK resident ex-pat

Hi. As a Brit, I spent my first 20 working years in the UK contributing to several DC pensions. Then I moved to The Netherlands in 2004 (no plan to return) and would like to retire a little early so want to draw down these UK pensions year by year until the Netherlands (DB) pensions start (about 5 years away).
Question is - how will this be taxed by the UK? (It will be taxed in NL as income). As I'm not a UK tax payer, I wonder if the pension companies will charge an emergency tax rate that I will have to claim back from HMRC (and how I could do that is another question!), or will they just pay out up to 25% tax free?
Any suggestions / tips gratefully appreciated.
Thanks

may be worth a look.
In particular
If you move abroad before you start taking your pension, overseas tax laws may prevent you from taking anything tax free.

We recommend you get professional advice on paying tax in the Netherlands. Find an English-speaking lawyer in the Netherlands.

Its very simple. UK will not tax your withdrawals, as long as your paperwork is in order. Netherlands will tax your pension income in accordance with local taxation regime.0

You need to get a “nil tax code”. You may already be classified as NT, if you did everything right when you left. This site references the forms to fill in (P85). https://www.harrisonbrook.co.uk/apply-for-your-nt-nil-tax-code/0

Thanks very much, an NT tax code looks like what I need.
Two small additional questions:- Do I need to apply for an NT code each year, or does it remain in force until I return to the UK (or don't!) ?
- I think I know the answer to this but... Drawing down with an NT code will be tax-free in the UK but regarded as normal income in The Netherlands. Therefore, I guess that drawing down <25% each tax year has no tax-free benefits as it would do in the UK ?
