IND Ltd - Contact Details - Company Disappeared

Hello, not sure if this is the right place for this post so apologies if not - we have been repaying a debt to *spit* Welcome Finance via IND LTD by standing order for seven years now - it suddenly occurred to me the debt must be nearly satisfied by now, so I’ve been trying to contact IND by phone and email - all emails returned as undeliverable all phone numbers we had are dead - an 0871 number and a local Peterborough number. The company is still listed on Companies House as active but accounts are not filed up to date. Does anyone have an idea how to contact these people please? Obviously we could just stop paying but we moved since we last had contact with them and are loathed to get charged tracing fees if they are still in business. Can anyone help please? Many thanks in advance.

Have you changed address in the last seven years? Debt may have been sold on.

IND are, or were, just collection agents, I don`t know if this still applies, but they were a part of the NCO Europe group.
Now I can find no mention of IND on the NCO website, but as a first step, you may want to try contacting them, and see if they are still the owners of your debt.

One other thing, in debt collection, no one is charged tracing fee`s, that cost is absorbed by the company doing the search, all you will get is a letter.
