Barclays AIP Broken?

So I did a quick calculation based off me and my girlfriends earnings at x4.49 and it comes out at just under £310k.
Whereas if I do an AIP with Barclays they''re saying we could borrow upto £325k. That seems like it might be a bight broken despite it getting my hopes up.
Anyone else experiencing this?

    All lenders have different multiples, as you will see if you try a few other lenders but don't do DIPs all over the place. 
    Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

    @iKarlCPFC Afaik, this is Barclays latest LTI matrix. Try out the affordability calculator, there's no real need to do DIPs to find out what you may get.
