Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other

communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form

part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be

bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The Promoter: JÖRD International A/S, Sønderhøj 14, 8260 Viby J registered in Denmark with company

number 40804781. Entries to this address will NOT be accepted.

2. The promotion is open to GB residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and

their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

3. The Promotion will be open from the 18th January 2021 to 2nd March 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).

4. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions and participation signifies acceptance of these

terms.

5. How to Enter:

a) Visit https://jord.withspotify.com and connect your Spotify to find out your #JORDSCORE.

b) Take screenshot or download the image of your #JORDSCORE.

c) Post the screenshot or your saved image of your #JORDSCORE to your Instagram Story tagging the

@JÖRÐunitedkingdom account.

6. Prizes: There is 1 prize available to be won over the Promotional Period. This prize consists of a 1 x £1,000

voucher for Canopy & Stars and will be valid for 12 months.

7. This prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No other expenses will be

covered other than those that are expressly set out in these terms. No cash will be awarded in lieu of that prize

or part of it. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize

with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Prize Allocation – Free Prize Draw: There is one (1) prize available during the promotional period. The

closing date for entries is the 2nd March 2021. The winner will be drawn, random and notified by Instagram

direct message from the eligible entries received within the promotional period. The prize will be sent to the

postal address provided within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of winner notification.

9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, corrupted or delayed entries. No correspondence will be

entered into.

11. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding.

12. The website: The Promoter will do all that it reasonably can to ensure that the Instagram page is

functioning correctly throughout the period of the promotion. However, the Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Instagram page however caused which affect the operation

of the promotion.

13. Data Protection: The Promoter will collect personal information from the entrant for the purposes of

administering this promotion and will share this personal information with its marketing agency and other

partners who will be supporting the Promoter with the promotion. This includes contacting the winner via

Instagram message and publicising information about the prize winners on social media, in accordance with

clause ten (10). The Promoter requests an email address to be used solely for the purpose of delivering the

prize in the event of a win.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and

identity details, which must be provided within fourteen (14) calendar days, and to refuse to award a prize or

withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant

where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any

instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained

unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

15. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of

infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical

failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration,

security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify

or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance

occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from

complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay

in performing its obligation.

16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without

limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or

sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or

accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including

personal injury, death and fraud).

17. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall

be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in

full force and effect.

Has anyone been able to get this to work? I've tried on Firefox and MS Edge and I just get a scroling screen saying Scanning Your Genres that never gives me my JORDSCORE.

Still not working for me on Chrome - or Opera.
