Just noticed this product on the MSE league tables when searching - seems too good to be true?

    Are you close to stockport? 
    I think you need to be within 20/25 miles of stockport for their products - but I could be wrong, its been a while since I used them.

    Just checked their website it is 2.25% up to 80% LTV.

    @ACG That's changed (at least as of last spring pre-covid), it was all of England (or E&W). The one and only time I placed a client with them in recent memory, quite pleasant to deal with.

    @iamiam Probably a typo. What I can see on the product list is 2.25% for the £999 fee products, 80% LTV.

    Every day is a school day. 
    Yea, they were nice enough when I dealt with them. They were a bit mean on the affordability calculation from memory but aside from that I cant think of anything bad about them.
