Do not buy. I bought 1 just over a week ago and although charged and I downloaded app which connected, it said move your wrist and it will work. Guess what it disconnected itself. After numerous emails first they offered me 50% refund - for a useless fit watch. Eventually they said I could return it but to the USA - costs a fortune (more than the watch is worth. Their website states it is British owned so am amazed they have asked me to return to USA. Am awaiting reply from netherland trading standards but don’t hold out much hope.
To save anyone else having this problem if I do not get a refund within 7 days I will keep giving a bad review even thought they remove it immediately

If the company (or review websites) remove your reviews immediately, I can't see it saving anyone else from having the same problem.

What did the returns policy on the website say?

How much research did you do before deciding on this particular make/model?

What does 'netherland trading standards' have to do with this? Are you located in the UK?
