Surveyor has been out to new house - is that a good sign?

So both myself and SO have been told that the surveyor has valued the new build property we are hoping to buy. Am I to 'assume' that this is a good sign? We are both really worried about getting the mortgage even though Nationwide have now done 3 successful DIP's.

I’d say so - my Daughter had her survey through Nationwide on Tuesday, offer for full price was given yesterday 🙂1
