Yes me too.
Last week they sent a different shampoo to the Phillip Kingsley special dandruff shampoo which is (still on the website). Package and ingredients different.
Zero reply to my email until I gave a poor rating. Now just saying that what I'm getting. No refund or explanation
Cannot understand whats gone wrong as bought stuff before.
Perhaps going bust and just sending out stock to keep afloat?1 -
Oh golly; we are having problems with this company. They are refusing to refund us for a hairdryer we bought and made the mistake of switching on. To see if it worked! They assert that the black cable tie wrapped around the mains cable is a hygiene seal… even though it was hidden in the box beneath the dryer, and doesn't prevent one from removing the item and plugging it in! They don't
seem to be able to understand their own Refunds Policy… which by all accounts they ignore anyway. Awful customer setvice. Avoid0 -

Many people have told me they've received items that have been bashed about and already opened and when they've complained, they've been told it was them who opened it. I've also had people who have sent the items back at their own expense and were never reimbursed for the postage or refunded for the item "because it's been opened" even if it hadn't been opened.0 -
Justmylook.com Scam Company - Horrible Customer Service
I ordered J25929568 but mistakenly selected the wrong payment method. I immediately asked them to cancel the order, and they confirmed they would do so, but they failed to manage it. While I understand mistakes can happen, the order was still delivered.
On 27/12, I returned the unopened parcel at my own expense, using the original packaging placed inside an additional box, with a reference clearly marked on the label. I have both pictures and records to prove this.
On 28/12, I received a smaller, correct order paid for using the correct payment method, which I had placed in the meantime.
However, after more than two weeks, they refunded me for the smaller order (which I kept) instead of the item I returned. I have provided them with all the necessary proof, including tracking information. It is impossible to return an item before it even reaches me, as their records seem to suggest.
They respond briefly and keep asking for the same information, insisting that the returns team received a smaller order—which is simply impossible unless they originally failed to send the missing part of the order themselves. This is absurd. I am tired and frustrated with the time it’s costing me to deal with these incompetent people. Does anyone know where this can be reported? This is outright theft.0 -
Just my look isn't a scam company , its perfectly legit - you are just having a problem with them
May I suggest you ask for this thread to be moved to consumer, its not a health and beauty issue and you will get more advice there0 -

This has just happened to me but i paid with regular card so I won't see the money back. Will switch to paypal0
