Mortgage application (90% ltv, 2.7x income, direct, not via broker) in last Monday, valuation/HB survey yesterday, mortgage offer this morning! So happy for my daughter and her partner, a lovely 4 bed detached in the area they wanted and a lot closer to us than at the moment, which will make child care easier.
I hope the buyers of my late Father’s house have an equally quick process!
