Has anyone seen this sponsored advert on Facebook? I used to work at Tesco and wondered what the deal was - is it a real thing? Or just another phishing scam?
***Edited to add: it suggests a discrepancy between store staff wages and distribution centre wages when they should have been aligned, rather than paying below min. wage.

Sign up = pay them for an insurance policy in the hope they get something
Someone being paid illegally e.g. below minimum wage is highly unlikely for a firm like Tesco
