RBS statements

Hi guys,

Apologies if this isn't the right place. I'm currently in the process of applying for a mortgage and my broker has requested copies of bank statements etc. and proof of deposit which is no problem. All my other accounts have been fairly straightforward to get statements from, apart from my RBS Instant Saver account. It seems to only issue annual statements and the next one isn't due until July. I can see an up-to-date summary of the account, but I can't export/print a statement for the current period which prints with my name, address etc.

I've called the bank and they don't seem to know what day of the week it is and haven't been much help; I've requested paper copies, but just concerned it may take some time to receive them.

Has anyone else been in this situation and can provide some alternatives and/or tricks I can try within the RBS account to print a PDF statement for this period?

Thanks!

You have your statements and then you will have a transaction list. The transaction list doesnt show your name usually but will show your account number and sort code. Combine that with a statement and most lenders should be fine with that.
