Aviva - which investment?

Hi, I'm almost 55 and have a company pension with Aviva. I don't really understand the investments so wonder if anyone can enlighten me with regards to which is the best one? I don't plan to retire till age 65 so have another ten years to pay in. As I haven't been at the company that long I only have £26k invested so far but want to get the best out of it that I can and plan to draw down with a lump sum hopefully but am open to different approaches as I have a couple of other pensions.
I was placed in the Mixed Investments Universal Lifestyle Approach which is classed as a risk of 4 out of 7. The other options open to me are:
Stewardship Lifestage Approach (International Equity, Managed or Bond options)
My Future Focus Lifestage Approach (Draw Down, Lump Sum or Annuity Options)
Does anyone have an overview of these options that can be explained in laymans terms?
