    Great service from my bank (TSB) just last week, I had a text message from them telling me that I would be receiving a further text asking me to confirm some transactions on my account. I knew it was genuine because I'd had the same happen previously and knew the numbers,  Well they asked about a transaction, a small one, for 8.99 GBP that day which I confirmed wasn't me.  I was then put through to their fraud dept, there were more transactions.  I let them do their investigations and they refunded all the money taken 3 days later.  So well done TSB.
