Mortgage if on a temp contract

I’m looking to remortgage but I’m only on a 12 month contract with my new job and have been there since October 2020. Is their any lenders that will provide me with a new mortgage? I need to remove someone from my mortgage hence the need to remortgage but on my own

@chloeH95 What LTV are you at? Do you have a record of continous employment prior to Oct 2020 in a same/similar field? If not it might be difficult unless your current employer is willing to confirm that your contract will be renewed.
