Google Store Finance-how do they take the payments?
Options
If you purchase an item from the Google Store using the interest-free 24 month option, how are the monthly payments taken? I haven't been asked to set up a DD for this, nor given debit card details for them to set up a CPA.
I do already have a debit card registered on my Google account for other purposes (Google Pay), so will the payments be taken from that?

It's through Klarna so presumably, the same rules apply as that.
The terms and conditions seem to read as you being responsible for making payments in the same way a credit card works. I think you should have been sent an email detailing the repayment schedule? I'm guessing if you download the app you can see the relevant info in that.0 -
Yes, it's through Klarna. Oddly, I've had no email from them confirming the repayments yet. The first one would be due early next week, based on a month from purchase, so if that doesn't arrive I will investigate further.

It turns out that the statements are sent on the 7th of the month, so I missed the Jan billing cycle by one day. Next one will be sent on 7th Feb, so all OK.You can set up a DD and pay manually or by 'Autopay' each month. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
