Relentless messages and spam calls from Lowell - they have the wrong name

Hi all,
After some advice on what to do here. For the past few years I've been getting calls (now blocked) and texts pretty much weekly asking to contact Lowells as 'they have an urgent matter to discuss'. The name they have against my phone number is someone totally different so not even a slight misspelling. I dont owe anyone any debt so its quite clear they someone attached my phone number against this other person theyre trying to contact.
Is there a complaints procedure to get my number taken off and stop these nuisance messages? I am hesitant to contact them myself as I dont want to end up being flagged or going on some spam mailing list.

I would just write to them, explain they have the wrong person, they may ask to see proof, now it depends on whether you want this resolved, or to drag on forever, if its the former, you will have to provide evidence of your identity, not something you may be cool with, but it will resolve the issue 100%, its your choice how far you want to go with this.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
