Anyone wants to share Ltv and their interest rates?

Bump for my question:
Does a low term drag your interest rate down?
Also, don't forget that brokers can access rates that banks don't offer to Joe public. Don't have your heart set on a certain provider before asking a broker.0 -
Just about to Complete on our house. We wanted some stability with mortgage repayments and so fixed for 5 years:
1.39%, 5-year fixed - 62% LTV & £995 product fee
Couldn't quite manage to get below 60% LTV unfortunately but hopefully we can in 5 year's time

Don't have your heart set on a certain provider before asking a broker.I initially thought it might, but just had a play around with mortage calc and it seems it doesn't, i tried looking at offers over 25 yrs and 35yrs and both are offered same rate, but obviously someone on 35yr will pay more interest than someone on 25yrs in the end0 -
Thanks @FTB21
@RelievedSheff I have done a 2 yr fix at 90% and because of some foreseen bunce I am intending to be remortgaging later this year at 75% ltv and in doing so cut my interest rate by 1/3. Don't assume you have to stick to the schedule for the whole term0 -

LTV is 20%. Offset with FD. Only payIng interest on 5/6k because of offset. Just come off fixed a couple of days ago of 1.99% and onto variable of 3.49% I think it is. Have a rate of 3.39% booked and until start of May to decide. Will start paying interest on approx 16k come June if I can't find a decent no fee BT card. Santander already knocked us back and existing customers at RBS/NATWEST but eligibility says no chance.
Haven't paid fees for years as our mortgage is relatively small and just gone with same product and 2year rate changes.0 -
5-year fix, took out late last year, 1.47%, 38% LTV (approx) (barclays unfortunately but self-employed so it was difficult enough to do, took 6-months as it was!)0

1.26% 2 year fix, 57% LTV, £995 fee.0
-
78% LTV, 1.89% for five years. £999 fee.0
