When checked for electrol roll info, and DVLA registration they state a fixed address is needed,
Just curious how can somebody in the UK live and not have an address ? in which cases?
would living in a motor home or yacht give those people no address?
made our mind boggle, how can you not have an address lol

You can download a form for voting with no fixed address; https://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/i-am-a/voter/people-no-fixed-address
DVLA - a quick google suggests that even though they say they don't like PO addresses, some boating forums have people saying they agreed to accept PO addresses once they proved they had craft licences.
I bet it causes loads of paperwork faff though!!!0 -

You've heard of homeless people right? Well there are people who do what's called "sofa surfing" where they are reliant on the kindness of friends to put them up for a few nights or weeks - often on the sofa due to lack of space, hence the name.
There is really nothing funny about being in this position. Instead of childishly laughing at the awful circumstances some are in (often through no fault of their own!) why don't you grow up and actually imagine what it must be like to live like that. Families sleeping in their car because they have children and no friends can fit them all in their house. Family lost their work due to Covid, lost their house due to no job and so the spiral goes. Still lol!? I flipping hope not! There but for some luck go the rest of us. I really hope you never find yourself living like that but next time, instead of laughing - THINK! How must it be to live like that - even just for 24 hours.
The biggest question of all would have to be why YOU thought it necessary to put your post up at all. Just to have a good childish and cruel giggle at others? Was it really a question that needed to be asked?MFW date 2nd Jan 2024 - task complete YAY!8 -
