Is it too late to pick wild rosehips for jam?
Comments

yeah the hairs are why rosehips are normally made into jelly, ie. strained through cloth - however, this mixture should be fine added to jam.0

Well first my dog was ill and then me so I never got round to picking the rosehips after all
I will try to go in the next few days if im well enough, I will be running out of jam shortly. I'll report back if they work well. I know they are squishy now but they are very strongly flavoured.0
