To transfer a Stakeholder Pension?

Thanks everyone. I have started the transfer process to Vanguard platform, was pretty simple really and already feeling relieved I no longer have the frustration of dealing with ReAssure!Although I really don’t have any knowledge of investing I’ve decided for now to split the pot between a few funds which I will revisit in 6 months time. By then I hope to have a better idea of what I’m doing!I’ve also opened a Halifax Share dealing account and put £20k from house sale into a HSBC Global tracker ISA. Do people tend to top up their ISA each year with the same fund or buy a different fund each financial year?I have started reading Lars Krojer Investing Demystified...any other recommendinations for books and websites for newbies to investing greatly received!I thought I would be relying on income from a few buy to let properties in retirement which is why I never took much interest in pension funds until now. Turns out after 25 years of dealing with tenanted properties I’ve had enough...life’s too short for some of the hassles that come with being a landlord!0
