Have to send a gadget to Netherlands for repair - how much will I have to pay in import taxes?

Hi,
I have to send my osmo mobile 3 to Netherlands for a repair (within one year warranty so free repair) and the cost of the item was under £135 last year, but i'm confused as to what I may have to pay in import taxes when its returned to me? the HMRC isn't exactly clear to me.

Does anyone have ideas as to how this might financially affect me?
Thanks

When we got parts back from for repair, one firm we deal with declared the full value of the goods (stated as "value for customs purposes only") but then also declared the value of the repair. Another approach from a different firm was to declare the repair cost as the item value - both seemed to work for EU companies sending us things back and I believe the commodity code we use is one which the EU and UK treat as zero value tariff too which helps.Make it clear on the commercial invoice that it is a repair, not a permanent export and that it will be coming back. The firm sending it back can quote your outbound shipping details as proof it is a return to prevent you being charged VAT on your own product. You should perhaps ask the firm for advice though as they will end up paying import duty if you declare it incorrectly.
