Annual leave entitlement

How do I work out how much annual leave I have accrued? I work as a bank carer so don't work the same hours every week so it's not simply a case of 5.6 weeks per year. I do not have contracted hours so one week I may only work 12 hours the next week I may work 33 hours the week after that I may not work. Basically I pick up shifts when people are sick or on holiday etc. What is the easiest way to work out how much annual leave I have accrued so far. Many thanks

You add up the hours as you work and you will accrue 12.07% of that time as paid leave.

Thanks very much didn't realise it was so easy to calculate. When I went on the gov.uk website I couldn't get a figure as you have to put the number of days and hours you work into the calculator and as bank staff it is different every single week. Who knew it was so simple
