Employed and now Self employed

I have recently come out of employment and started self employment so have no workplace pension any longer, I currently have 3 old workplace pensions from different employers that I would like to consolidate and start contributing from my self employment, have seen the TV ads for pensionbee and would be interested in people views/reviews of theirs and other similar companies services

All the robo companies are relatively new and have no long term track record.     Pretty much all of them are basic & simple and aimed at the smaller investor with little or no knowledge of investing.       Most of them are not as cheap as they perhaps try to suggest but they pretty much do the job if your contributions are small and you dont want to put much effort into it.

You should also consider using one of your old pensions going forward, as an alternative to starting a new one.
As a first step check the charges , which is usually best done by calling them as often there will have been discounts that your ex employers negotiated . Probably they will also have more choice of funds than Pension Bee, if that is of interest for you .
The other alternative is to start a low cost SIPP . You could look at Vanguard SIPP and Legal & General SIPP ( also a simple one )
