High deposit mortgage

Hi!
I own my house outright, we plan to sell it for probably 190,000, with a view to then getting a small mortgage and buying bigger.
I’m a stay at home mum and we live off my husbands modest 24k wage.
Will we able to get a decent mortgage with only that wage? If we commit to paying say, 180,000 deposit?
I can’t find much info online about this and whether a very high deposit, say half of the house you’re buying, will improve your chances of getting a mortgage even if your income is relatively low. Must mention, we also have some rental income from a house we have ( we have an 80k mortgage on that but own the rest - value 160k ish, so that minus 80k.)
Hope this all makes sense. Basically, can we get a decent mortgage, say 100k, based on our income and assets? Thanks!

@calistasouth Based on the limited information in your post, you *should* potentially be able to borrow 100k at 50% LTV, either based on just the 24k income or that plus surplus rental income (as per lender calcs). Of course your max borrowing can also be negatively impacted by your debt, outgoings and other commitments (number of dependents, etc).A high deposit can have a small impact on the max income multiple applied by the bank. For instance one lender may have a policy that max LTI os 4.5x for mortgage above 70% LTV and 5x if lower than that. I hope that makes sense.
