Google on 'NHS pension forecast' and you'll get a link to take you straight there - and other links taking to you other parts of the site in case you wanted to check anything else while you're about it.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

You should have access to a Total Reward Statement which should give you a forecast, although it will be out of date by about 12 months, it will give you your number of years of pensionable service which is the most important piece of information you need to work out what your pension will be.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Does anyone have any details of how to use the Total Reward Statement to work out an actual forecast as it doesn’t seem very clear?

It doesn't. Too many variables. Though you can see how much has been accrued in the past year and use this figure to project forward. Will at least provide an indicative figure that you can monitor annually.
