Platform only work with brokers.
Their broker should be dealing with this. As far as I am aware they can do extensions.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. in your experience a week or two extension shouldn’t mean the need to rewrite new mortgage??0 -
I dont like Platform, I have not used them since August as they became a nightmare.
I dont have any experience with them extending offers, but I cant see a week extension needing a full underwrite, they may need updated payslips/bank statements though. Sorry, I cant really tell you what their process is as I have never been a big fan of theirs.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
