I'm not so sure. Person with own small business, low salary, with existing property, inherits large property, rents it for a few years, then decides some time later to sell it, and wants to use some of the proceeds to boost their pension in the same tax year?Maybe uncommon, but hardly unique.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
