It is from The Sun promotion (here is the link: http://thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/fun/competitions/promotions/article473656.ece ), but every account can use one code only. think you do it via itunes website, under ipod and itunes in the lower left corner it says redeem voucher.
In anycase this voucher has already been used.0
