Holiday pay

I regularly work Sunday to Thursday nights for working Sunday night I get double time up to midnight as this is my normal working week should the double time be included in my holiday pay?as I haven’t been getting it.If so could anyone tell me what year this was made law as it has been happening for several years.

Since April holiday pay is based on the previous 52 weeks and should include enhanced payments.0

I understand that the average has gone from 12 weeks to 52 but previous to this change should of enhancements been included.0
