tenants in common RTB mortgage

IS tenants in common acceptable on a Right to Buy mortgage between Mother and Son

    @mummy007 As far as I know, this shouldn't be an issue. If it's in unequal shares, some lenders will not lend.
    As far as I can tell, the RTB guidance does not prohibit it being held as tenants in common.
