Letter threatening CCJ to ‘the Occupier’

Can you find the sale date of the property on one of the house price websites?  I would send them a link to that - as you can see the house is no longer owned by the people who owe this debt.

Yes, I guess they could look it up too though right?

I’ve just realised I have accidentally given them my name by emailing them 😔 at least it was on an email saying it’s not my debt.

I guess I won’t worry unless something appears with my name on it.

If they continue to harass you and now have your name - don't engage with them.
I would personally complain to the relevant law society and information commissioners office.
