Hello, I was told by someone that I could reclaim mislead charges from door step loans. Now I personally didn't agree to this loan way back in the early 2000's as my ex husband took this loan out in my name.  But all these years on I am paying it back. Even though I never agreed to it they said still had to pay it back so offered £1 a month and couldn't refuse so going to take ages to pay it off but I wanted to know if this is true that I can put in a claim?  Can anyone help ?

I’m not sure but put your complaint in writing to them and if they reject it, refer it to the FOS. That’s pretty much your only avenue to go down.

Submitted my letter, found out it was October 2007 the loan was taken out so should be able to make a claim. 

Will update once I hear anything.
