Just wondered how long completions etc are taking during these times? We accepted an offer mid Oct ... we found a property mid Nov, offer accepted, mortgage declined mid dec, and then received Mortgage offer early january. All searches are done for what we're buying and basically ready to go.My property leasehold so taking slightly longer i guess.
