Looks like you have to take a photo with a Heat Holders product (there are example photos on the website, I imagine from those that have recently entered the comp), upload the pic to social media and tag #HHMegaPhotoContest, then confirm the image on the website to enter. Prize is an iPhone 12 Pro, but Heat Holders will also select their favourite photo each week to win a $100 gift card to spend on Heat Holders goodies. Open to those in the UK, US & Canada. Good luck!
