You could always make them a lower offer if that's what you wanted to do. Although as they've admitted it's unenforceable, you might have better uses for your moneyhev3049 said:I have another account with PRA (MBNA), they said its unenforceable, I owe £3,364.75 but they said i could pay £1,185 f&f. terlou5881 I was paying them £1 pm for 14 months - I emailed them offering settlement figure. I told them I have money gifted to me & that I dont need to pay back.

I have just paid another debt off - Hitachi. One more to go then I'm debt free! Capital One are being awkward and won't take any sort of setlement offer so I'm going to carry on with the £1 per month. Any advice regarding Capital One would be great - its enforceable.
