GOV'T ECO3 SCHEME...ISSUES!

Hi Just wondering if anyone has had issues with Kieran Fivey/LMF Services. Has anyone else come across these two? I qualify for this scheme, which can provide loft insulation,  wall insulation and storage heaters. I agreed to have the work done, and was told that they installed Dimplex Quantum storage heaters, and was left two leaflets giving information on the same. However, they've installed different heaters, which I didn't realise, which are so noisy that they are unbearable. I queried the fact that I was told Dimplex Quantum. Their answer was  if they didn't have them they used something different, but when I said that I wasn't told this they weren't interested. Everyone on the estate has the Dimplex, and they are still installing them, so I really don't understand. It wouldn't be as bad, but the ones they've installed are so noisy that I can't bear it. Any advice anyone please?

What are the terms and conditions of the scheme?  They will determine whether the installers are obliged to fit a certain type/brand of heater, or whether they have flexibility to provide substitutes.
