Short Term Emloyment Contract Mortgage Options

Hi me and my partner have just run into a problem with our mortgage application and im hoping someone here might be able to help/advise.
They're on a Short term PAYE contract, as they work in tv/media. They've been working for this company for a year and a half and have had their contracts renewed/extended 3 times, along with pay increases. Latest contract ends in March, and it is expected to be renewed as there's plenty of work. We have a 15% deposit and could stretch to more if need be.
So my key question is, are there any lenders who will offer a mortgage with less than 3 months left on a contract? Without a new contract in place?

@greatunknown Based on the lmited information in your post, there should be options out there though they're unlikely to be chart topping mainstream rates. There are lenders who will take evidence of past renewals/extensions as assurance for future renewals. They might require proof of extension prior to completion which isn't going to happen by March in any case if we're talking about a purchase here.
